Where are packages being sent out from? Do you ship internationally?

Kohi Bean Shop ships items out from the USA! We do ship internationally and you will need to check-out to view your shipping charges based on location.

In the event of items being resent due to an incorrect address/failure to claim your package:
All package lables are printed electronically directly through BigCartel and will reflect the customer's input! Please, it is advised you double check your shipping address to be correct! This is the customer's sole responsibility. 
It is also the customer's responsibility to retrieve any packages that their mailing system requires them to claim at their local postal facility.
Unfortunately, if the shipping address is incorrect due to the customer putting in the incorrect address, or the customer fails to claim their package in time, the customer is responsible for repaying for those shipping charges because the shipping costs were used the first time when the card was charged. 

In the event of items arriving damaged:
Please contact Kohi Bean Shop through our storefront and provide photographic proof of the damaged goods! We will provide a partial refund or replacement. The customer will only have to repay the shipping of the replaced item. If a significant amount of time has passed since the item was marked as "Delivered"(i.e. 2-3 weeks or more) but you claim it was suddenly damaged, Kohi Bean Shop is no longer liable to replace the item or offer services.

In the event of items missing after marked as "Delivered":
Please contact your local mail carrier or post office first! Kohi Bean Shop is not responsibile for packages marked as "Delivered" as we have fulfilled our responsibilities. If the missing item does not turn up or cannot be tracked after contacting your local post office, feel free to contact Kohi Bean Shop through our storefront explaining the situation. We can only provide a partial discount on a replacement order for the item if it is still in stock. If a significant amount of time has passed since the item was marked as "Delivered"(i.e. 2-3 weeks or more), Kohi Bean Shop is no longer liable to replace the item or offer services.
